I assume this thread is in reference to Polaris buying out Brammo. Possibly the best thing yet to happen to electric motorcycles, to put an excellent bike like the Empulse in the hands of a company...

It's a very standard "sit up and beg" position. I feel the problem when trying to cover long distances is the seat itself.

I love Ducati's, but the Hyperstrada has been out for awhile and I'm just not seeing a big fan base for it.

For the FJ, on the other hand, all we have at this point are some press reviews, which...

Does it really matter that much for a commuter?

I'm firmly in the "chain maintenance is not a big deal" camp, and I'm deep in the middle of that camp. Out on the fringes of the camp are the folks...

You could have bought an Empulse during their recent sale for $10K. 32 x 250 is 8,000 commuting miles a year. Subtract the price of charging from the price of gas, and then calculate your savings...

Agree! I don't know how you can really pick a winner amongst those bikes. The Scout is limited by the design factor of being a cruiser, but amongst the Griso, CB1100, and 9-T, you can't go wrong.
