I did adjust the lever a month or so ago so that the engagement point was closer...

I have the IMS 4-gal tank on my '06 DRZ. The petcock sits much lower than on the stock tank. The stock fuel line now kinks, and collapses when it gets really hot. I've temporarily helped the problem...
