Also... invest in a pair of Bearing Buddies.. give them a shot of grease once in a while and keep the bearings...

I had this problem when I installed my Safari (only on one side though). I had to fabricate a new brace to fix another issue and just made the brace a touch wider and it solved all the issues I had....

Got a single Wings on my 08 SE..... it's really choked with the baffle installed. The only time I use the insert is when I need a spark arrester to be legal. The Wings doesn't seem to be too loud.
