It was a leap of faith on the mounts, i'm pretty handy at fabricating so I figured if it was close, I could make something fit.

It's for the complete setup. I'm pretty happy with it. Even with the big lights, after a 1400 mile AGGRESSIVE trip, no issues and no bouncing/vibration.

Yes, the 13's and newer need the HDB spacers that were sent in the kit. Toss the stock ones into your "Stock crap pile"
