Initial design

First attempt so a bit rough around the edges, so to speak. This one is to accommodate the WR steering damper and single hole bar claps, but it could easily be amended to take the 2 hole bar clamps....

Yeah, most of the 46mm ones are 2 hole. I've found a couple of billet 1 hole versions but I might as well add the ignition barrel if I'm going to design one.

Yes, probably about correct. I'd guess the charcoal filtered tanks (USA only?) would be even heavier. I still get 150+ miles on a tank so am more than happy with the reduced capacity.
