You might consider the HJC IS16 It has the internal visor system. I couldn't imagine a helmet without it. The only downside to that particular model is a lack of SNELL cert.

I've been looking at using one of these Pelican cases, fits my HTC Inspire 4G pretty well and is waterproof for sure with a clear top. Combine this with a universal Ram mount or something similar...
