City Nav has Phoenix about 8 mi N/W of Ashland. The GPS tracks I collected shows Rt 3 ending on Hwy 66 about 10 miles E-S/E of Ashland.

The OOHV web site says it ends in California?

Yes the 62/78 seem to operate just like he Montana which is why I still use my 76.

I wouldn't call it noise, that is usually reserved for physical parameters like EMI or actual voltage or current....
