In stand it is definitely stiffer when pushing the handlebars down and the front is even a bit higher as a result. But what I consider even more important - the release is much slower than before....

The handlebars were in fact a bit lower than the OEM so I used LSL 2,5 cm risers (visible in the picture). The cables are still fine and the overall feeling is much better... at least for my hands...
