I owned three ST1300 bikes and have owned a '12 and '13 S10......I have never noticed a heat problem with the S10. The ST 1300 was the hottest bike I have ever owned.

It takes me LESS than five minutes to balance a rear wheel/tire combo on any bike and it seems most need some balance weights. I just feel better knowing both wheels are balanced.
