CJ Oberon is very good, Rekluse looks good too.

I put the Rekluse clutch slave (only - not basket) on my 950se and it runs great and is adjustable and cheaper. CJ sells it too.

If you are rapidly going from 0 feet elevation to 10K+ feet elevation a lot, having the FI 990 is a plus. If you have a carbed 950 you can adjust using flex-jets or install different jets - not quite...

You have another option - Fuel pump FET mod

You can also take a used OEM fuel pump and do the FET mod. This still uses the stock points of the fuel pump but uses stock points to drive a transistor (Field Effect Transistor - FET) which switches...

Uni prefilter is no problem in wet weather.

Can survive through deep water crossing too but this is about as deep as you will want to go with it.
