Good luck with your TT "comfort" seat.

Bought a second hand one for 200$, sold it after a week. If you're a lightweight rider, this seat is hard as a rock and no comfort at all.

It depends on what you mean by offroad.

If you ride occasionally dirt, the 700 will do the job. Yes it has cast wheel but it's not a problem for light...
