when you arrive to Mendoza city look or ask for the Automobil Club Argentino they have the best maps for all the provinces in paper and in dvd format. cost around 30 u$s for the dvd.

The best maps for the three countries you are going to find probably are the ones edited by the automobile club on each of the countries. Usually they are updated and they have them on cd.
