Hey thanks for sharing a problem, though i was curious to see if anyone has tried this mod and how it benefitted them. Im still unsure to what the actual problem is as well.

I have a 1990 DR 350 and when I have it pinned in 5th it tends to just die out!!! I think it might just not be getting enough gas (its bored out if that has anything to do with it).

any thoughts...

First off, nice bike I have the same.... You can try dennis kirk they tend to have a lot of parts for cheap. Also I have seen a few of those go for like 15 bucks on ebay but you have to keep looking....

I broke the kick start on my same DR 350. They are tough to start and nice to be kicked.....A LOT! I used to not use my decompression lever and muscle trough it. I could usually start it in one kick...
