Did they say what was wrong with the rebuild? Not that I (or anyone) would want to admit fault, but it sounds like they mis-shimmed the shafts causing one of the main bearings to fail prematurely....

By looks, the source was the electrical pass through. Sealed it with some fuel and oil resistant "seal all" but I think it effed up the fuel gauge connection cause now I'm not getting a reading :ddog
