Had the same sort of issue with my challenge. Idle actuator cleaning made it better. New battery and plugs made it awesome. No issues since those changes.

Yup. Put it on right and used OEM parts, except chain. My splines are not showing wear but there is definitely room for it to move.

I'll have to get some new sprockets. And hope for the best.
