The f800gs does 0-60 in 3.8-4.0 seconds, it aint slow, especially compared to a car. I'm sure the GSA is a little slower due to weight, but not much.

My skid plate is held by 3, I guess someday I'll pull the oil pan and fix it, but not too worried about it. Anti seize would be a good idea, especially on the north wet coast. :)

Mine did the same thing once in 90+ temps. Ironically on my way to the dealer to get the water pump and gas tank replaced. Went with the heavier oil and hasn't happened since.
