That order will work also. The only reason I put the washer next to the flanged bolt head is that the washer is thicker than the sensor. So your turning the bolt against a thicker piece of copper.

Or you can order from Cycle Wizard the carb spacer he makes, which fits between the intake manifold and head, moving the carb backward so that it fits correctly into both the manifold and air box...
