Yep it true. Touratech does make the BMW Alu panniers. I think that's part of the reason they don't make an exhaust cutout version for the GS/GSALC yet and why they don't make bags to fit OEM racks....

I have a set of the "Non-LC" Globescouts on OEM GSA racks and the fit great. And I can attest to what cug said...
