S and E radiators are not interchangeable...

S and E radiators are not interchangeable .Different inlet / outlets . Unless , you swap hoses too.
Kept the S rads on my E conversion for the FAN.

2.5 gallons is the whole tank , including reserve, which is about .5 gallons.

So , 80-90 miles, switched to reserve for the last half gallon and walla 110 miles.

Don't have a manual for the 650R , but i'm seeing 277 dry on line. With no e-start/ battery.

The DR-Z 400 was the replacement for that bike. Is the Z a better bike ? Overall , yes . But the 350 did have a wider range transmission, which IMHO...

Had a new KTM 5XX , not plated. Yes ,it was light, yes it was fast.
But never got used to the handling . Spent $$$...
