2nd ditching those pipes, use R1150RS oil pan drain plugs for the heads and rubber timing plug grommet for the airbox.

This is from a R80 G/S your airbox...

over torquing won't affect to any real amount how deep the pushrods squish the seals. Not enough to do THAT!!!. When I replace the push rod tubes on the G/S, one of the tubes was not seated deep...

wow, that's the way they look at me when I visit. Usually just looking. Dealers don't like airhead guys as we do our own repairs and don't rplace bikes every 2 years, or when the warrantee is out.

don't worry about it, kick start internals are weak and get bent easily with much use. You can tell if it's damaged as the kick lever doesn't return all the way up close to the side panel.

The DRZ forks (2003 and newer for more adjustments) will be your cheapest option, good forks. There are better options but will cost you more. DRZ forks are easy to find.

I didn't know the K60 was offered in a 120 I always use a 110/80x80, and have no clearance issues, stock driveshaft but an Ohlins shock which has a bigger spring than the OEM shock.

I didn't use the over seat strap, but did tie the top of the bags and one point from the middle outside to the top of my tail rack..tied this way for the complete TAT.
