This. Don't go to mud or deep sand on Tourance/Anakee kind of rubber. On gravel and hardpack they are perfectly ok. Get some TKC-80 or Karoo or similar especially if you expect soft soil and rain.

For durability, I'd use the maximum number of spikes per tyre for a heavy bike like the 12GS/GSA.
