You can replace the fuel lines/pressure regulator with having to remove the airbox or undoing the rear subframe ... Fiddly but very do-able by just undoing the three bolts that hold the airbox in...

Check there is oil in the engine. If so go ahead and start it up. It'll smoke on start up but that's normal for a bike that's been laid on it's side.

To check hold one end of the bars and push the bars up and down. If the bearing is fecked you'll see and feel the top yolk move.
