The throttle bodies do not need to come out. Yes the air box does need to come out.

Got a quick one in

The full system map is a bit too fat for up here in altitude. Going with the slip on map for now. Will get it on a dyno after the finished air box goes on. The slip on map does run clean

Would I use that tire on an SE hell no but using the 1190 for what I did on an SE is the wrong tool.

Again just my opinion. I know not the right one sorry for that

What rubber

Do you plan on using. I did a 44 and had no problem with the stock rubber. Did a 45 on the new wheel set with a k3 and the tire hit the splash guard up front. I did go up two links to center the axel...

I know of two bikes

Right now ( one dead in a parking lot) both with dust in the bike. Valves so tight the bike will not start. Ktm paid for two valve adjustments on one bike but will not do it again

Yes you can have the tpms turned off if you don't want to have a dumb warning light on all the time with the new wheel set

You might want to try them first before you add the resistors as my led set up worked just fine with out them. Used this ( Ktm plugs as well) .

They really are not bigger

Did the swap myself. Sent the replacement wires to motoletric to have great wires made with the correct length and connection points.

I guess there was a crimping problem with the stock wires so...

Uses the rad hubs and excel / dirtstar same as rad just do a three cross up front vs two cross ( call both company's do the leg work and see what they say )

I live 5 mins from woodys they laced...

My dirt wheels on the bike yesterday ( 1190r) After a fit issue with the new hot off the mill RAD hubs the new design fits great. Did a 2.5" rear rim and a 1.85" front rim. This is a tubed set up ...

219 ( oil ) Its good to get oil above 220 to burn out moisture. Read a bit about oil temps and what good oil is stable to
