If Ebay is accurately reporting the transaction, a BW350 just sold for over $8,000. Sure it was nice, but...DANG.

AT489 on front...

I have one on my BW200. The 25x8-12 isn't as wide as many other tires called 25x8-12. However, the tread works pretty well on the bike.

Redman66,

The Tri-z triple is a bolt on to the BW frame, but has a greater rake. The rake is more extreme with the 86 Tri-Z triple and forks than the 85.

The BW triples can be bored out to...

Tw200

Lads,

The BW200 uses a jackshaft setup whereas the TW200 uses a longer countershaft setup. That means the XT225 and TTR225 engines are direct bolt-ins, but the TW200 would need a bit of...

Don't forget that if you use the DMO wheel adapter you could pick any 10 or 12 inch tire as well. The other very popular tire is the Duro 243. Best to stick to tires with a pretty round profile. The...

JT424-14 Sprocket

The JT424-14 Sprocket is 530, with the same shaft dimensions as the BW350 OEM. On the other Yamahas which used this sprocket, the attachment was via a nut on the threaded countershaft.

However,...

DIY Fork Rebuild Tutorial...

Heli-mech:

I think a fork rebuild tutorial would be great. Most of these bikes need it at this point and the manual isn't all that clear to a first timer.

TW200 engine transplant?

Doesn't the TW200 use a longer countershaft instead of a jackshaft? That means your BW200 hybrid would be out of alignment.

Get a XT225 or TTR225/230 motor instead. It will line right up.

Bore Away - Up to 35mm, anyway.
