That rear end appears to be struggling. Can something be done about that or is the dude just too big for the bike? Or is nothing wrong here?

haha, nah man, I think I rode in the very same one last week! I wish the 'States had SE Asia's surplus of Tuk Tuks. I would definitely make that a learning vehicle.
