No, update wasn't applied as I was on the road, but again no freezing over 4 days of continuous use. Can't wait to see the thread die down after this update is applied by posters affected!

Yes, it's nice to ride AROUND London!

I wouldn't say riding in London is nice (I guess the parking part is worse!) but riding OUTSIDE the M25 is a real pleasure. Sounds crazy but commuting through country lanes, small and medium size...

R1200GS has new headlight to UK specifications. The US DOT approved headlamp did not have the magic "E" mark so even if the beam is fine it could not pass the inspection.
