You might want to look for Mud and Snow tires. Most of the Euro brands make them for Scooters. Vee Rubber makes a winter tire in the size you need, and they are probably the easiest to get in the US.

I got them both. Great deal on each. I've been riding the Big Ruckus quite a bit, and it's a very solid bike. The Zuma is a blast for short rides, and has a lot of pickup for a 125.
