Tried it and worked, but I wanted to make sure I had it torqued properly and could not do that with a wrench... In the end the bolts and washers still worked.

So I am PCSing and my GSA will be going with my HHG (House hold goods) back to the US and they are requireing me to disconnect the battery, since it could take anywhere from 6 weeks to 2 1/2 months...
