I had that same experience on my Tiger 800. Heidenau K60 in the back and TKC80 on the front fixed that.

You guys paid too much for your bikes.:D I would agree, the cost of repairs is the biggest difference between off-roading an 800 XC vs KLR.

Neither is a KLR. I ride with a bunch of guys who are competent on KLRs. I will take my 800XC anywhere they want to go.

I could be mistaken, but I believe the SWMotech pegs are lower than the Pivot Pegz. I have the Pivot Pegz on my DRZ and they are great, but I might prefer the lower option for the T800XC.
