It's the bandit stem with a bushing in the zx lower triple, the to triple is a billet piece with a drop built in to raise the ride height.

It's actually the Tuque Creek bridge, it's labeled wrong on that map. The detour runs through Marthasville and back to Hwy 47 on Boone Monument. I have to take that detour every day, it's not too bad...

Trust me, the stock ECM doesn't adjust for your mods. All it knows is throttle position, manifold pressure, crank position, and air temp. The fact that you mileage didn't change backs that up.

Adjusting the co is like adjusting the mixture screw on a carb. It only affects idle and just above idle.
