Cam Sproket Bolt Removal?

I bunged up the hex key hole of my cam sprocket bolt trying to remove it to install Lennie's sprockets. What's your advice on getting it out? Heat? Vice grips? Other?? I'd hate to think about...

On my throttle grip, I used a tennis racket tape from any sports store--one is good for two layers on the grip. Then added Grip Puppies over that--nice, large and comfy!!
