I know they engine is made in China..doesn't mean its not a quality engine. Its just like the Rotax engine, just built in a different place. (don't know if Austrian workers are any better in assembly...

You can always change it later if you want more top end. Its not that much of a pain to pull the sprockets and chain to experiment.

I'd be more curious to see how it handles with the 19" front...

I would first try riding it with the 19" front, thats a lot different setup then the 21" thats standard.

If you go up ( raide the gear ratio) by changing the sprockets you are going to get some...

The fuel filter and regulator are both housed iin thessame unit. If the over the counter product can hold the below stated pressures, it might be worth an experminet. I wouldn't throw away the old...

Loose terminals would have the same effect as a bad battery. If its bogging down and then getting a rush of power, I would look at the fuel filter and make sure it isn't really dirty (bad gas can do...
