I use a Giantloop Fandango tank bag on several bikes. It's small enough to ride standing up and it adapts easily to all type of offroad bikes....

The 950SE master cylinder should be the same as the one from the 690 Enduro. But 13mm seems quite much. I cannot find anything in the service manuals.
