If you fit the bobbins the paddock stand works perfectly and is very stable. I would never try and use one on the Tiger without them.

I'm going to stick with the 800, it suits me fine. I tried a 1200GS for size and it just felt far too big and bulky for me and the Tiger 1200 will be a similar size.

Never had a Wee, but have to say the XC suspension was harsh for about 500 miles but now it has run in soaks up all those ripples beautifully and just smooths out all the potholes we have round here....

Yes it is just noticeable on mine, it hasn't got any worse though since day one so I presume it is normal. I get the feeling it is amplified by frame, and i can't hear or feel it when moving.
