It really isn't too bad riding ATGATT in the typical 90F / 90% humidity here in sunny/rainy FLiduh. It may have killed this dinosaur though....

FWIW, I've had 2 525s and have never seen that lever on any clutch cylinder cover. If you want to run it, replace the cover. IMHO, JB weld will never hold that...
