Good question

I had Distanzias on my GS when I bought them and I liked the way they rode, but they were a bit noisy. I didn't realize that until I got away from them, though. I'm eager to hear also.

Check Your Side Stand switch

You can't start in gear unless the side stand is up. Make sure that switch is made.
