I've entered a turn too fast and had to bleed off speed. I can only lean so far before parts start dragging the road. In those cases, I use the rear brake (judiciously, not stomp and lock them up)....

First gear jacket and pants. Zipper at the back. Takes about 1 second to unzip, 2 second to zip back together. With practice that's all it will take you and it keeps the jacket pulled down.
