What's your kingpin angle? Looks too vertical in the pic, but it's the wrong view to tell.

Any looseness in connection (axle/hitch, kingpin, wheel mounting/bearings) could be contributing.

Today I pulled the carb off and flushed it well with B12. There was rustdust everywhere - even got little shots of color out of some of the passages. So much for the Fram gas filter the PO put on....
