Just use the special bolt to lock the crank and...

Just use the special bolt to lock the crank and mark the cams before you pull them out. Line up the marks when reassembling.

It's not that hard, I did it myself without issues.

There should be an earth strap on the LHS, joins the sub frame to the battery -ve.

Another bolted one on the RHS of the subframe, just above the CDI.
