Given your past riding experience with Ag bikes, you need for a electric start option and to also have a bike that can sit in a shed and be a-ok. Why not have a look at a ctx200

They do Have the CTX200 as an AG bike which is pretty much the old xl/xr200.
They can come with an ADR plate but it has to be ordered in with most Honda dealers quoting $6000 on road it doesnt...
