Thanks matty, It just makes one clack when I twist it quick then it revs and sounds normal. I'll set the idle up and ride. In normal riding I would probably never notice it.

You can try running an extra ground wire from the batt down to the starter. It helps sometimes. The grounding to the subframe isn't very good, clean it & check for tightness often.
