those are spherical bearings, 10x24x14.5 mm.
some other suzuki models (i dont rememebr now) use them in the shock. allballsbearings sells replacements.

take out the circlips and press out the old...

your clutch cover only needs to be drilled and tapped (the oil passage goes straight (radially) from the outside to the oil filter receptacle)
with that $75 you maybe want to order the rear or front...
