As another follow up to this work (it's delayed due to my unexpected departure for a conference) I found the four mounting bolts to be TOO SHORT BY ABOUT 10mm. Thank you lowflyer43 for your insight....

You are correct about two lengths for the Dnepr - the swingarm mount for the final drive/differential is a uniform thickness. On a Ural the swingarm mount tapers so there are three lengths of studs...
