Thumb Riding was good for me new knees

both knees replaced, the right one twice thanks to a staph infection! PT helped a ton, but riding really helped with flexibility & range of motion!

in some states the local leo will ticket you for an "improper stop", whatever that is? knew someone who was "tagged" by an officer friendly for that very charge.

be afraid, very! I know, did the same bonehead stunt about two years ago. Finished a 2,500 mile trip, got off the bike, looked at the far tire & "wet" myself! :eek1
