I think they also sell it with a brush-packaging - just look for the low VOC formula. Not sure whether it'll have the same results as the spray though.

The first time I changed out the valve cover gasket it seemed glued to the cover in one way or another - removing the remaining old glue was a pain.

Then again, I now have some gasket remover...

I finished the job with a liquid gasket as sealant, seemed to do the job. Have ridden over 100 miles with it at the moment, no leaks as of yet (knock on wood).
