happens regularly with the KLR and loaded panniers.

What you need to do is take the side stand off, cut out about an inch and a half (roughly - you can always start by taking off less then make another cut if it still falls over) and re-weld the foot...

Went on the Saturday, late morning.

Parking, well $5 isn't really that bad, all things considered.. better than if it were at GM Place or the Convention center.

... in 96.. quickly discovered the electrics were screwed by a DPO (didn't know that term yet)..

traded it in on a Suzuki GS500e.. 30,000miles in 3 years later, including a trip to Dawson City YT...
