The only thing the tech did was ignore checking. Put your Tiger on the centerstand & grab the forks. Pull & push to check for play. There should be zero movement.

Take it to Wayne & tell him to tighten them while you watch. The top nut is not going to fix anything. You have to move the slotted nuts under the top nut.
