Hi Bill, prior owner was a pretty big guy...I'm about 165lbs and pretty easy on the clutch. I have a service manual and appears it was assembled correctly...O ring was fine and in proper location.

Few quick facts, 1999 LC4 enduro model with 18,000 miles, using synthetic oil, just started using stainless steel oil filter, 2nd owner (purchased over 3 yrs ago) and I do regular oil changes...

Bought a used 2000 KTM 640 Enduro which has full exhaust system by Big Gun. Way loud, tried the vortex insert and it didn't do much to quiet it.

We both used Dirt Bagz which worked out very...

We both used Dirt Bagz which worked out very well. Very secure and they hold quite a bit of stuff. I also used a tail bag and put items I would frequently need to access in that.
