Has anyone had their's long enough to check or have the valve clearances checked? I'd assume they are shim adjusted, but are they shim over bucket or under? The first type probably being a lot easier...

Yes, I'd assume it would be CA=California as my Seca II has the same two designations, one model for ca and another for the rest of us. Most likely for the emissions systems, I'd imagine.
