the mana isn't actually a very balanced bike -- despite the underseat gas tank, the engine is fairly high and forward, and it's almost 550 lbs. wet.

yup. you can't afford distraction. i just roll right back home, usually right after i get a sign i'm not paying attention (sloppy shifts, hot corners in a commute, nearly running a stop, etc.)
